, it's possible to use a .csv file to insert, more rapidly, a greater number of phones. If you click on the Export
link, you will be able to save a .csv file with all your registered phones or, if you have none, the file will serve as a template for insertion.
You can edit the .csv file in a spreadsheet application, choosing ;
to split the columns.
The Registered Phones
.csv field structure is as follows:

: Mandatory field. Options available:
I
: To Insert a phone;
U
: To Update phone information;
D
: To Delete a phone;
N
: No change is done to the phone's settings.
idvoipphone
: A number identifying the VoIP phone;
name
: The phone's name (mandatory field);
password
: The phone's password (mandatory field);
callerid
: The phone's caller ID;
voip_nat
: The phone's location. Insert 0
if it's local or 1
if it is a remote phone;
phonedescription
: A free text field. For your reference only, insert a simple description of the phone;
idphonetemplate
: the numeric value for your phone's auto-provisioning template. By default, these are the available templates and their respective id's:
