Personal area

The user can accede to his personal area when choosing that option (Figure 4.37). So it's very useful when some user is not at office and need to accede some specific file located in the company intranet server. No need to establish a VPN connection just for that, because from Internet he can go directly to https://myipbrick.domain.com.

This options are present when entering the personal area:

• New folder: Create a new folder. Click OK, insert the folder name and click Ok again;
• New file (upload): Upload a file. Click OK, insert the file you want and click Ok again;
• Delete selected items: The selected items will be deleted, when Ok is clicked;
• Rename selected items: The selected items will be renamed. Click Ok, rename the items and click Ok again;
• Download this folder (zip): The entire actual folder will be downloaded in .zip format. Just click Ok to download;

Folder operations:

• Enter a folder: Just click at folder name;
• Go one folder back: Click Ok at Windows Network (Up);
• Select a folder: Click at folder left side.
