The call supervision permit to supervise some specific IP phones. The idea is to give some orientation to the person that is answering a phone that is part of the supervisioned phones. It's a funcionallity that can be useful for technical support departments.
The first step to use call supervision is the feature activation. It's done at Advanced Configurations - Telephony - Configurations - Call Supervision (Figure 4.84).
When enabled, a supervision group should be created by clicking Insert. Two fields are present:
