IPBrick v4.2 - Available updates

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Before installing an update, always read the information provided with it.

It is advised to install updates in the order of release, in order to avoid dependency/conflict problems

After installing the updates, always click on "Update Settings". If multiple updates are going to be installed, this can be done after inserting the last update.

All installed updates are listed in the IPBrick web interface: Advanced Settings->IPBrick->Update

After installing an update all IPBrick configuration backup files (available in the Advanced Settings -> Settings menu) older than the update installation date, will not be usable

The reason why the updates don't have a sequential number is due to the existence of specific updates that don't belong yet to the main IPBrick structure. Some of these specific updates are referenced here because they conflict with standard ones.

DNS improvements.
This update allows to config a cname to any records.

Solved timing problem on IPBricks with BRI cards, when using DISA and conference functionalities.

Users management correction.
Fix problems related with users management that occured if IPBrick was configured in Netbios Client mode.

Correction of VoIP problems:
- Solved problems related with the configuration of the prefix "all" in Routes Management
- DISA, PSTN Fallback and Access Classes: Issues with the generation of the Dialplan for these options are now solved

Also changes in the max length of some fields in Firewall and IPSec VPNs web interfaces were done.

WARNING:
- DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE IF YOUR IPBRICK LICENCE IS NO LONGER VALID FOR UPDATES. A NEW LICENCE WILL BE REQUIRED! This can be checked in "Advanced Settings � IPBrick � Web Access".
If this is the case, first contact us in order to request a new software maintenance contract.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This update can only be installed after the installation of all released updates for IPBrick version 4.2 and IPBrick Contacts v1.11.
- IPBrick Contacts v1.11 needs to be installed because it is present in the official release of IPBrick v4.2.3 already available as ISO image.
