Call Parking

Here (Figure 4.40) is possible to activate or deactivate the option of calls on hold.

If this option is activated, it is necessary to define an extension to place the calls on hold, as well the virtual extensions in which calls are going to be placed (Figure 4.41). To accede to these calls is necessary to digitise in the telephone "#" plus the virtual extension of the call.
